Total Fit Cross Training is a great full body workout in under 30 minutes. It’s a fun and competitive total body H.I.I.T. training session. Expect a variety or workouts in this ever changing, motivating group session. This workout is designed to challenge any fitness level from the beginner to the most experienced. With a new workout every week, you’ll be sure to learn an array of movements for each muscle group. Our motivating X-Trainers will provide guidance and encouragement for every workout. What is X-Training? X-Training is a variety of functional training movements combined with a fun group atmosphere that’s designed to make any fitness level love working out. Our trainers put together an array of exercises guaranteed to improve fitness and health for all who participate. X-Training is ever changing to avoid physical plateaus and fitness boredom.
